Warblers

Mexico is a great place to see north American warblers many of them wintering on the Yucatan peninsula.



Yellow Warbler: fairly common seen most days.









Yellow Throated Warbler: stunning little bird, very common seen every day.







Common Yellowthroat: several seen.

Myrtle Warbler: small flocks often feeding on the ground on the golf course.




Magnolia Warbler: Very common seen every day.




Hooded Warbler: superb birds and my favourite yank warbler especially the male







Male






Ovenbird: only one seen on this trip and very skulky.
