Back Home !

Well here we are, back from another great week from Shetland, again some quality birds seen so will start of with one of my favourites from our trip, Hornemann's Arctic Redpoll which we saw up on Unst, the most northern of the Shetland isle's, not a new species for me as i saw this species on my last visit two years ago.

Also on Unst we added PECHORA PIPIT to our list's tho this bird required an organised flush to see, and only flight views obtained of this very striking bird. 

 

This Twite was a little more confinding !
